Melanie C. surprised her fellow Spice Girls at their final reunion concert last night.

The artists also known as Sporty dusted off her old backflip and tumbled for the ladies, which she hadn't done all tour long.

Not bad for 34!

I went to the concert in DC on thursday Feb 21, and she did backflips then too. The concert was amazing as I assume the rest of the tour was.

It's a back handspring not a back flip. A standing backflip is much more difficult than a standing back handspring. But for 34, that's still pretty impressive.

I WAS THERE!!!! it was probably the most emotional concert i've ever been to and the most exciting. It was sad to actually hear them say "this is last song you'll ever hear the spice girls sing together", most of them were crying. And the crowd went wild for Sporty's backflip-er-thingy…but even more wild when the baby beckam breakdanced
