Texas-bred gal Angie Harmon has announced that she's supporting Republican Senator John McCain in his bid for the White House.
You see, not everyone in Hollywood is Democrat!
The TV actress also claims that there's a lot of McCain support in LA and that there's an underground Republican party in the city of Angels.
"There are a lot more people in L.A. voting for McCain than you think,” Harmon says.
Why go underground?

as a screaming liberal democrat i have to say McCain is an alright guy, except for his firm stance on continuing the war in Iraq. other than that he's a very moderate republican, i agree with quite a few of his positions, which aren't that far from many Democrats in Congress. and the McCain-Feingold bill was a necessary and brilliant piece of legislation. that will probably be his major legacy.
McCain would probably become an Independent if he could count on the same level of financial, lobbyist, and political support he would get from the Republican party when he officially gest the nomination. i think he's an Independent at heart, but is hog-tied by the power of the Republican party.
that said…i'll be voting for either Clinton or Obama, whichever wins the nomination.
