And Reese Witherspoon, who visited the U.N. in NYC on Tuesday.
GyllenHO's girlfriend sat at a press conference before announcing the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) partnership with AVON to promote an end to violence against women through economic empowerment.

u is a hater. Just cause your hote for Jake doesn't mean you have to slam people for trying to use their fame to change the world. Avon is a billion dollar company. Change is possible. Why are you whining so much today. And why are people breaking lily allen's windows? Chillax paps.
I'm not sure about Avon's oversees/global business decisions liek some comments seem to reflect on, but I can say that Avon does show a lot of interest and donations towards several women's empowerment issues, such as Domestic Violence.
An agency I worked for did work with Avon, and they did promote a campaign raising awareness and collecting donations for National Coalitions for Domestic Violence.
So they are pretty consistant with that, at least in the US.

Why be so negative? Raising awareness saves lives! I know I work with domestic violence victims. Avon also raises money for breast cancer. One person can only do so much. But all of us collectively can truly make a difference if everyone as a community cared.
