The house that N'Sync built!

As we told you yesterday (and many times before) boyband svengali Lou Pearlman is in MAJOR shit.

Now, by the order of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, his home and everything in it has to be sold.

    The Pearlman McMansion is in Windermere (Orlando) FL. All of the contents and vehicles were auctioned off last fall. The estate was originally auctioned for 7.1 million, but the buyer couldn't get the financing, so it's going on the block again.

    I never understand how the money flows in music. Who actually writes the check to the band — the concert venue? And the record company? And then the manager gets his 10% right? So my question is, if the manager is getting 10% and gets a house like this, then how much did the other guys make? Are their houses 90% bigger, because they better be. That is how the math works, right? Music fuckers. You can't keep track of a dime. Yet they're all filthy rich. I read today that Conway Twitty's kids are suing his widow because they want a share of the $100K annual royalties! Who writes THOSE checks? I should have been a singer. Shit.

    I saw that house 2 weeks ago. It's near orlando, florida. looks pretty from the outside. horrible location, and needs a LOT of work on the inside. it was plain ugly.

    I went to preview the house in Windermere Fl outside of Orlando and you can see were the FEDs knocked down the doors and there was one room where the ceiling and floors was torn up. I guess they were looking for money. Kitchen is very small for that size house and most of the bathrooms had very small bathtubs and formica cabinets.
