I disagree with this story being made public. Laura Pepon is a (minor) celebrity, so yes, she is subject to public scrutiny for making mistakes like DUI. But her mom didn't ask for any fame or attention. That stuff happens to people all the time thanks to the insanely low BAC limit of .08. Give people their privacy.
