This is a clear case of poor grooming. I think it's awesome that someone with that much money isn't getting waxed every other day. She's not obsessed with her appearance. MOST women don't shave the upper leg…the hair is usually light in colour and texture therefore there isn't really a need as it isn't bothersome.
