I'll take being a 'hasbeen' over my 40+ hours a week and 2-3 weeks vacation at a salary that would make these 'hasbeens' laugh. Not to bad of a life if you ask me…they have a couple mil in the bank, still get free shit all the time, don't get overly hounded by the press and apparently have hot sex in hot tubs while on vacation…and take vacation at least once a month….from their regular lives…of no real work. First of all….Nick was a supportive husband to Jessica who totally took him for granted….what did Jessica contribute to their marriage??? P.S. Nick also does A LOT of charity work. He has set up several charitable organizations ON HIS OWN and donates a lot of his own money and time to various causes. You just don't hear about it as often as some other people because he doesn't feel the need to alert the media everytime he does something good. He does those things because he's a decent guy, NOT so he can relase pictures and "statements" about it to the press.

Nick has been busy working on his new CD, which should be out soon, and Vanessa has a movie coming up. Maybe they are having some fun before they have to work. Especially with Nick promoting his CD. Criss Angel Responds To Recording Of Altercation! Says Producer Provoked Him!

There are two sides to every story! Here's his!

In light of the audio recording released yesterday that featured Criss Angel threatening to knock out one of his producers, the illusionist's attorney, Ken Woloson, has released the following statement:

"Criss Angel was in the process of firing Joe Safuto on Wednesday when Safuto became abusive and Criss asked him to leave. Criss decided to fire Safuto in response to repeated complaints from co-workers and other magicians about Safuto's abusive and violent behavior and general ineptitude. Witnesses have attested that there was no physical contact and that Safuto very clearly was the antagonist. The audio released to the media is a snippet of a much longer conversation. We are exploring legal action against Mr. Safuto, including for his defamatory and illegal conduct."
