He also wasn't at her big Raising Malawi benefit last month, nor was he at her big Oscar party.
The "happily married" couple haven't been seen together in public for almost two months!

They're going to divorce. Madonna was told by her lawyers to wait and hold it until the baby David adoption process was finished (April/08) but she's already moved back to the US and will not be returning to UK. Adios Mr. Ritchie !!
