The New Kelly Clarkson Album…..Sounds Interesting!

Contrary to what many might thing, we are not a Kelly Clarkson hater.

Au contraire!

We are a big fan of her voice and LOVE her album Breakaway.

The last one was a disaster, but we're holding out hopes that her next record won't disappoint as well.

And, from what we've read thus far, it has the potential to be quite good!

Kelly is working with super talented songwriter/performer/producer Ryan Tedder, the lead singer of OneRepublic.

Tedder, who co-wrote and produced Leona Lewis' international number one hit Bleeding Love, says that Clarkson's new songs will feature "big choruses" and "heavy drum programming".

In other words, she's moving away from the rock and back to the pop.

Amen!!!!!!!!

Ryan also revealed that the songs are influenced by nineties electro-rockers Garbage, while one song, a mid-tempo rock ballad, features an experimental bridge inspired by Mozart.

Very interesting. Very PROMISING!

Kelly's My December album was not a flop nor did it suck!! Her album was awesome and she is just sticking up for self, does that make her wrong? I dont think so. Of course her album didn't sell as much because it wasn't promoted because Clive Davis didn't get his way. But the sells were still good. She is an amazing singer and probably one of the sweetest people you will ever meet!!! If you have a chance see her in concert she's amazing and will blow you away and she's gorgeous!!! Anyways sorry just had to stick up for her… stop internet hating people!!!

Perez, do you have any clue how long it'll be before it's released?

I loved Breakaway…almost every single song…one of the few albums I can listen to all the way through. My December, not so much. I only liked 2-3 songs. Glad she's going back to pop, even though she wants to be a rock chick…she's not! I love Kelly and voted for her like crazy on AI, but her songwriting abilities lack majorly. Stick to co-writing and do what you do best, girl…sing!

My December is a great album, so as Breakaway but MD has Sober, Maybe, Irvine and Chivas which Breakaway didn't. I'm loving the sound of this new album(but dissapointed that MD didn't have what it deserved). I'm sure she will still co-wrote. She will not release something the she doesn't like and give her fans crap.
