I have David Archuleta. He's a frickin' phony who ALREADY WON STAR SEARCH. Why doesn't he ever mention that little fact when they ask what's interesting about him? This kid is a PLANT like Carly Smithson. The whole show is rigged for those two to win. It pisses me off because the show is supposed to be about finding undiscovered talent so why is a kid that won Star Search and a chick that was signed to a $2 million dollar record contract with Randy Jackson allowed through? Carly should have been disqualified for her past relationship with Randy. And the way the judges keep praising this kid is ridiculous….he is not that good. David Cook and Brooke White are way more talented.

I'm not his biggest fan, I have other favorites. That being said, cut the kid a break. He's not a god and shouldn't be treated as one. He's a 17 year old kid who had a not so good night. I personally agreed with the judges. I didn't like his song at all. I think Chekezie did awesome last night. One of my favorites is David Cook… though I don't like his hair.

ok..if you are going to sing a beatle song or any song for that matter there are 2 key things you should know…1) the fucking words and 2) the meaning of the song…it was way to upbeat for the type of song it is. prancing around like a fairy and mumbling lyrics is not how you would show the respect to john lennon and paul.part of being a true artist is knowing who came before you and the importance of their songs. this just goes to show that "idol' is no more than just another sad display of what our culture has become.
