“He’s so excited!” says a source close to K-Fed. The father of four may be heading to Broadway in September.

As it stands, Kevin has primary custody of Tater Tot and Small Fry.

“This is his dream and he wants to bring the kids,” says the Federline insider. “Jamie and Lynne [Spears] promised to help him make it work. This is his chance to show the world what he can do."

      Ya know, I may not be the biggest K-Fed fan out there - but I do have to say my opinion of him has changed. I think he has really stepped up to the plate and has become a responsible parent to those two boys. You think Britney has or will do, any better?? Everybody cracks on him for making appearances on shows, etc. but at least he is out there working! Good for him - I hope he does appear on broadway. The guy is trying to make a life for himself and his children. Give 'em a break already ….

      Oh I think it's great you know he has really stepped up with his fathering and I think that if this is something he wants to do then go for it, if they cast him he can't be that bad. he was a dancer before he was Mr. britney and their is no reason why he shouldn't continue to work. I think it would be good for him, maybe Brit will go to New york too that would be good get her out of the paparrazzi a bit they are much better on the east coast about it. I hope he gets it and glad he si cooperating with her family so much in getting her help and getting her back with her boys.. He has done a truly outstanding job to keep things good for them. and he is not being vindinctive about anything I trully think that he has taken a step out of the spotlight to do what is best for his children..       Why do people continue to bash K-fed? As far as we know he's a good father and maybe he CAN sing and act…. give the guy a chance. Don't we all want the benifit of the doubt? I think he's a nice looking guy who has potential. At first, I didn't think much of him BUT since Brittney has fucked her life up so much, K-fed seems to have stepped up and is doing what every good parent should do and want to do. K-fed is allowed to go out and have a life too, don't most parents get out with friends and enjoy some adult time? It's not all toys and bedtimes stories…. parents have to keep their sanity too. I'm a mom to 5 kids and also a widow, I'd give anything for my kids to have their Dad back and it seems like K-fed is trying to help Brit so their babies will have 2 healthy parents! Just because you are a parent doesn't mean you can't follow your dreams or even go out and have a drink from time to time.
