OMG I'm so excited!!! I went to Santa Cruz last summer just to see where they filmed the original.
Last thing I heard, this thing was SO BAD it was going straight to video. And the producers originally didn't want anything to do with Corey but because of the reality show "The Two Coreys" and the feedback received from their desire to be a part of the sequel, only ONE Corey was allowed to participate. But I hear it's BAD BAD BAD

Then you should totally be excited for the movie Twilight that is coming out in December!! Read the book first!! Then the others in the series: New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn coming out in August! You will not be disappointed!

This is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this movie, too bad they did not include anyone else from the old cast, but im sure C. F. did a great job.
Haim would have ruined this film, let be honest here. sucks for him but he needs to go do something else…there was a vampire in the trailer that looked like Haim a little..are you sure he is not in it at all?
Just saw the trailer - how lame is that? It was the FROG BROTHERS - what, did the other brother get cancer? They could have easily made this movie with both Coreys. But it's nothing like the classic cult movie except for, of course, the same dumb plot.
I thought I remember reading somewhere that they were making a sequel called "The Lost Girls", too. That was a while ago, though. I wonder whatever happened to that one.
They really should just leave this alone. The first one is a classic. (Of course, I'll go and see the second one…but I can't help but be pessimistic. They're not going to be able to match to coolness of the first one.)
Total shit. Straight to dvd, or worse, cable. Maybe MTV will show it since they don't play videos anymore. Feldman sucks and always has. They won't even have Haim in it or the other kid who helped fight he vampires. Hollywood needs to get some new ideas and quit remaking films or making shitty sequels.
Can't wait to see it! The first one was awesome, and this one looks cool too. I haven't seen a good vampire movie in a long time. =)

If you watch the whole interview with Feldman, you'll see that Haim IS in the sequel and it's not the same script they talked about on The Two Coreys…it's a new one with bigger roles for both. Also, the 2nd season of TTC was shot while they made the film.
