90210 is Coming Back To TV!!!!!!!!!

We need to take deep breaths because we are gonna start hyperventilating!
This is THE MOST EXCITING NEWS we've heard….well, today.
The CW network is working on a spin-off of Beverly Hills, 90210.
OMG!!!!!!!
At this point, it's just a pilot, but the CW needs to order this to series!
Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas is in talks to pen the project, which has been put on the fast track by the network.
It is unclear if any of the original cast members will return, but they HAVE to have at least a couple on.
The Peach Pitt is back!!!!

I could see a Knot's Landing/Dallas type of adult drama that incorporates the mature lives of the original characters, and the tangled web they weave. I'd watch it, but not if they bring in too many new teeny-bopper characters with a juvenile story line; I see their children as satellite sub-stories. The draw here is the cachet of the original cast. Where are the Knots/Dallas writers?

It was our favorite show here in Spain 18 years ago…..wow i don't know if it will be a good idea i think this people gets old very bad ( for example Brenda) and i don't want to see it, i prefer to remember them young and beautiful

Grr why is it crap like 90210 gets to have some kind of comeback. While shows like Veronica Mars get nothing. Rob should make some kind of deal with the CW that if he does this they will bring back Veronica Mars. Because it was the best show on TV and now all we have is crap pretty much.
That is awesome….that show influenced me a lot growing up. It was cheezeball, Kelli having every affliction known to man comes to mind…but at the same time it wasn't the type of show that you look at, say like "Gossip Girl", and see people nothing like you at all. The clothes they wore, the way the friends related to each other, especially in later years…it was all basically normal stuff that my friends and I could relate to. It was great…I really hope they stick to the same format and create something that's entertaining, informative, and of course a little cheezy. Sort of like My So Called Life, but not as heavy on the drama.
