To call him just a "has been" is to deny the indelible impression he left on music. Moondance and Astral Weeks are two the the greatest albums ever cut. Not to mention that along with Leonard Cohen, and Bob Dylan that Van Morrison is one of the greatest lyricists of all time. I have been to several of Sara Barielles's concerts. She is very friendly with her fans….even hanging around after to talk and sign autographs. Don't believe this for a minute. Honestly, I could care less about #1 and #2…

As far as Sara Bareilles- I am sure if I had people asking me to sign my name constantly (even though she is new to her taste of fame) I would have days that I would not want to sign either. That does not make her a bitch. There are nice ways to give people the hint that you do not feel like signing your autograph.

Her whole CD is AWESOME! I bought it as soon as I heard Love Song, and I have fallen deeper and deeper in love with her talent and her CD ever since. I listed to it at least once all the way through in my car on a daily basis. LOVEEEE her!!!!! She will be around for a while to come.

I just sara bareilles at the Hotel Cafe concert in Houston last night. She was by far the best performer in that lineup. amazing voice and talent — I actually don't care for the Love Song and yesterday's concert proved to me that it was her least engaging song. She has an incredible range and versatility. and so down to earth and friendly! And she stuck around after the concert to sign autographs. That being said, most people I know left the city because it was UT's Spring Break. I stayed in town but stayed far away from downtown Austin all week long!
