Actor Thomas Jane (real name Thomas Elliot) was arrested early this morning in Kern County, California for drunk driving.
For those of you that don't know who TJ is, he was in The Punisher. Yeah, we didn't watch it either. And, he is married to Patricia Arquette.
Now that we know who he is, Thomas was busted by highway patrol officers and now has two charges against him. He's been charged with DUI and with having a blood alcohol level of above .08%.
Reports are that Thomas was speeding, which caused the officers to pull him over.
TJ has already been released and has a scheduled arraignment for Wednesday, April 9th.
Thankfully, no one was hurt.
Please people, be responsible. Don't drink and drive.

FYI The Punisher was a fantastic movie! John Travolta actually sucked.. but Tom Jane was an incredible punisher…

That truly sucks, he is an excellent actor, it shows in his variety of roles he's taken. I know who is he is, and yes Thomas Jane ROCKED IN THE PUNISHER. It's a shame he's let alcohol put him here. I always hope to see him in a new movie….of course by today's hollywood standards it's almost impossible to be in a movie that doesn't suck anyways.

You should all take a look at a film called LAST TIME I COMMITTED SUICIDE - great soundtrack and, towards the end of the film, a very worthwhile bathtub scene. HE IS HOT.

The highways in Kern County can be very dangerous while driving sober let alone driving drunk. I live in Kern County and Im thankful the police pulled him over before he killed himself or someone else.
