Ashley Tisdale was spotted near her home in the Valley on Sunday.

Ashley had a little brunch at Chez Nous with a friend, and then she made her way to a recording studio with her mother.

We've been needing our High School Musical fix!

The Tiz has been in New Zealand working on a film, while Vanessa HudgenXXX has been in Texas and Zacquisha in the U.K.

      I think ashley tisdale is a good role model for younger people, she is over 21 and appears to be a decent, hardworking, young woman. She doesn't sell her body through over revealing clothes, she doesn't show up in every gossip magazine, she just is.
