Pete Wentz was pulled over by police in Los Angeles on Monday for a driving violation.

If Ashlee Simpson was in the car….

Well, he probably would gotten a ticket with her anyways!

    i just think its funny that he gets all of the attention for his band. he can't play bass and he doesn't really write or sing the songs. maybe he comes up with those really lame song titles like "my band loves to huff dongs while ripping off this great band called the stereo".

    actually, pete is the lyricist for the band. stop complaining when you're talking out of your ass about things you don't know. also, it's not what band does a style first that gets you attention, it's who does it best. thank you. nsync and the backstreet boys were boybands just like 98 degrees, but they were more famous because they simply did it better. same goes in this situation.
