That's a very strange photo (the top one)

Not only is Perez' head substantially bigger than Heidi and Spencer's heads. Compare Perez' head with Heidi's, it's almost twice as big, it's hideous.
The head is slightly too much to the right and a bit too low, giving the impression that Perez has a very short neck.
Perez's head casts a shadow on his neck while the other two don't have that, their necks show the room was brightly lit.
Finally Perez' hair contrasts too much with the background for it to be real.

Conclusion: this is a pretty bad Photoshop attempt by Perez, planting his head into a photo of Heidi and Spencer with a stranger. Gayboy Perez would probably never wear such dull clothes himself.
