Oh, the scandal!

Drew Lachey, former boy-band member and better known as Nick Lachey's brother, was the winner on the second season of Dancing with the Stars.

Now, reports are surfacing that Lachey and his dancing partner, Cheryl Burke, had an affair during the show's nationwide tour which ended last month.

Insiders have told Star magazine that "They didn't go very far to cover it up. Cheryl was constantly draped all over Drew. They held hands, had their legs intertwined and were always touching inappropriately."

And even jucier, Cheryl's boyfriend at the time, Matthew Lawrence, caught them in the act!

Uh huh! They probably planted this story themselves for press!

On January 22nd, during a stop on the tour in Jacksonville, FL, Matthew allegedly went to Cheryl's dressing room to grab something and walked in on the pair. He apparently ran out screaming after catching the two having oral sex!!

The next day as the tour was ready to get on the bus and leave town, Drew apparently started to threaten Matthew and his brother, former contestant, Joey Lawrence. Drew yelled, "If you talk about this, I'll bury you Matt. I'll bury you Joey. I'm serious I will hurt you."

Whoah!

Friends are now fearing that Drew, whose married to his high school sweetheart and has a 2 year old daughter with her, has ruined his marriage.

Lawyers for both Drew and Cheryl are denying any affair ever took place, though Matthew did tell Star, "There are too many things going on. I can't talk about it."

Hey Drew, don't get too happy, if she did it with you, she probably did it with all her other partners! Whatever it takes to win!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
