Its not about being fat or meaty it's about feeling good about yourself and being healthy. In todays world we consistantly shove frozen foods in our bodies that are perserved to high hell. Eat healthy by eliminating beef, pork and chicken out of your diet and try to eat organic vegtables and fish. Cut out the sauces and exspirement and make your own. I really suggest if you are in LA to go to a Bikrahm Yoga Class.

hey perez, ive also been trying to deit, it's sooo hard! might try the weights when walking my dog i get on the treadmill everyday monday - friday, 30 mins i hate it sooo much lol ive got a family wedding in sep so want to be thinner by then as i'm sz 16 uk and want 2 b at least a 14 by then good luck with the deiting and i quit smoking about a yr ago 4 new years still crave it though but havent done it since, (i used those patches)

OK!! First, Happy B-day (in advance) to my fave gossip. Rock it for all it's worth, babe. You have earned a Par-Tay! Second, congrats on your commitment to getting leaner and meaner and healthier. That is the BESTEST present you can give yourself. Third, thank you a zillion times for using your energy and time to spread the word about quitting smoking. I lost my mom to respiratory disease and heart problems brought on by her smoking habit. She tried and tried to quit but the older she got the harder it was to break the awful addiction, and it ended up killing her. I miss her EVERY day - she was so awesome - and it just kills me to see young kids smoking and headed down the same path. So my advice to Perez readers: Listen to Perez and QUIT smoking!!!! Cute video. I know exactley how you feel. I gained about 20 in the passed 6 months since I have been married and I woke up the other day just being disgusted with myself. Anyway, I also just started working out again this week and I feel beat up!! But I have to keep telling myself that the first few weeks are always the hardest. I've been here before we just have to push through the sorness and tiredness for the next few weeks and than it will just turn into a routine like everything else. What motivates me is having a short term goal. My short term goal right now is looking better at my sisters wedding. Who wants to be the fatess bridesmaid up there? right? I don't!!!
