i did the free rice thing… and i want to know how come none of the stories on POP fiction were ever reported here? i watched it last night & hadnt seen any of the stories… are you on the take for that show? you must know whats fake… i was very disappointed in it
not to put a damper on the good work done by perez, but that 'observant reader' failed to notice that freerice consistently has its lowest numbers on weekends, and that the grain total for the 16th was just above 10% higher than last fridays (which wasn't even the highest grossing day this month). I love you perez, but lets not give false impressions.

As an FYI, the New York Times ran a story about this on Sunday….that's a major reason why there was an increase.

Um, the numbers doubled because it was Monday. Most people play while at work and don't work on the weekends. While it's great you got this site out there, I wouldn't go around saying that you're responsible for the increase.
I would also like to point out that PEOPLE magazine did a story about it just recently as well

Hi Perez - I check your blog a few times a day. I like the fact that you take stances on real issues and don't mind speaking your mind about the trivial ones as well.
However, I am very disappointed that you didn't even post a sentence about Obama's monumental speech in Philly. I know you're routing for Hillary, but the subject he addressed effects all of us (especially those who might suffer from prejudice and hate crimes). I thought you would understand that.
I know it's kinda cheating but if you pull up dictionary.com and just copy and paste the words it'll give you the defiinition of course and usually the DEF. includes one of the words you have as an option.. Can earn A LOT of rice doing it that wayyy.. So, I guess since it's for a good cause then cheating is allowed right??? P.S. I knew of that website like a month ago.. Perez, you gotta get on the ball!
