The record is expected to move between 250-275k.

The other top debut appears to be rapper Flo Rida with 70-80k.
No wonder the record biz is in the crapper!
Sales are down 7% vs. this same week last year.

I actually really like the album. It's fun, got some good beats, and some of the songs are quite empowering.
this album is truly amazing. perez you seriously dont know good music from your ass. i bought this album right away yesterday and have been listening to it NON STOP. its so amazing. and btw the first album debuted number one, so really why are u suprised. the song lights out is truly amazing, and so is bad girl and prettty boy! EVERYONE BUY THEIR ALBUM WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE! it shot up instantly to number one on itunes and all their singles are selling like crazy a nd teh video is number one on itunes. perez you would love the album if you listened to it. and im sure its gunna seel over 300 k b/c its just that amazing!!!

I am glad the girls are going to debut on top, Flo Rida's album is the same old rap already out there (I mean I still bought it but it does not change the fact that it lacks originality). DK is amazing and unlike PCD they all have vocal talent. Of the three albums I bought this week I would recommend Gnarls Barkley "The Odd Couple" (released early from original April 8th date). DK and Gnarls. Buy them now!!!

Perez, you need to give these girls a chance. I have very similar opinions and taste as you, but these girls I do love. Its great to see that you can make it in the music business, when the minute prior no one knew about you. They'e had great coaching, and besides that, are all talented. They have written about half of the songs, and have amazing voices. I do agree that some success is based on their tv show but THEY ARE TALENTED.

I will admit that I enjoy their music… however, I will never in my life waste my money to see them in concert again!!! I spent $40 to see them last year only to watch them lip sync 4 songs!!!!!!! It was huge let down and a waste of my time and money…. that's what I get I guess lol.
