This is obviously somthing that makes her happy and stimulates her and all you people can do is laugh. My little brother has downs, stimulating the brain is somthing that they need to do to have a good progression when they become older.     On second viewing I saw the hand. Abnormally short fingers. And the eyes somewhat almond-shaped. I'm leaning toward toward Mild Down's Syndrome. Trisomy 21 can present in from mild to severe symptoms. Symptoms include enlarged tongue to mouth ratio (difficult or affected speaking) and mild to moderate hearing and/or sight loss (requiring glasses), flattened-face with low nose bridge and flattened brow ridges above eyes. I think we have solved this puzzle.
