Oprah's a giver!

Earlier this year, in January, Oprah Winfrey's "best friend", Gayle King, purchased a large and expensive condo in New York. At the time, the financing of the over $7 million apartment was unknown.

Reports have now surfaced as to how GAYle was able to obtain the mutli-million dollar pad.

It was a gift from Oprah's recently deceased Cocker Spaniel, Sophie!

Well, sort of.

Deed-transfer records show that a company called Sophie's Penthouse, LLC owned the three bedroom, 3.5 bath, high-rise condo.

When a friend gives you a $7 million property, that's a friend you never want to lose!

Or is that considered more than a friend????
