Their name is We The Living and their hail from Los Angeles.

The song we've been obsessing over is this really pretty ballad of theirs called Best Laid Plans.

It should be the theme song to the new Beverly Hills, 90210 spin-off!!!

Such a pretty song.

They're not from L.A., they're from the Madison area! They came to La Crosse, WI and played in our dorm and at the Warehouse downtown back in October and they were great! Really nice, down-to-earth guys.

He used to be in a band called the Profits with another AMAZING musician named Mike Droho who if you enjoy this song, should go check out his stuff as well. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING.

the entire album, Heights of Heaven, is really, really great, this is my favorite song on it. and haters, way to go freedom of speech and all and you're entitled to your opinions, but seriously, some people are so ignorant it makes me want to cry. these guys are legitimately talented, care about their music, work incredibly hard and are all nice dudes who just win at life in general.

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stones magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
