The pair paid a visit to Maruba Beach and Nicole, in body-hugging lycra, shows off her baby belly.

umm…I guess some of u have never had a child or been around pregnant women some of us just don't get that big I gained over 50lbs by the end of mine & i was only 105 to start with so I did gain a lot but some women I have known jus don't get that big & i've seen them have 8lbs babies every body is different!!!like some one said before me hieght & body type has a lot to do w/ it some women u can't tell are preg at all but are perfectly healthy…jus had to rant for a sec
