While Madonna has a hard time figuring out a setlist for her tours, Mariah has a hard time figuring out whether or not people will show up to her shows which amazes me since she has 17 #1's! Why doesn't anyone want to hear them live?

Madonna said the same thing about Into The Groove (sometime in the mid-90's, I think) and she ended up doing it on her Reinvention Tour in 1994 (and remixed it w/Missy Elliott). She'll do it live again sometime before she dies.
But I can understand her saying that. As a big Madonna fan for over 20 years, I've accumulated a lot of old footage of Madonna performing on different music shows around the world (American Bandstand & Solid Gold in the US for example)—UK, Germany, Italy, Japan, etc. And back when she was starting out she did Holiday, Burning UP & Everybody SO many times. Whether it was live or lip synched (if you go back & look at some footage, all American Bandstand artists lip synched) she must have heard these songs tons of times. Until her last tour in 2006, she always did Holiday on her shows.
