'Borat' Strikes Again

Sacha Baron Cohen is causing trouble again hard at work on Bruno, the follow-up film to Borat. This time the character is gay and fabulaux!
Local newspapers in Kansas have reported that a "European man" was "putting security on red alert" by "stripping down to tight shorts and dancing in the lobby of Wichita Airport".
A church in Kansas also reported that a 'European' crew showed up to their Easter play in chains. But in this case, the church sniffed out the prank and stopped what was likely Cohen's crew from disrupting the play.
Cohen's mouthpiece refused to comment about the reports.
Oh, Sacha, you bad bad boy.

I live in Wichita and I read about this in the paper. Apparently a film crew came to the Wichita airport and asked to film a scene there. The airport staff agreed and then they started dancing and rolling around on the floor so they were asked to leave. I don't know if it was actually the Borat sequel though.

Yes, many parts of Kansas suck. Wichita is not that great, and has a terrible rep due to the crime of the black section, but the Johnson county side of the Kansas City area is a LOT nicer than most people in other states realize. Lawrence is decent as well. I think when most people think of Kansas, they're thinking of western Kansas. It really is flat and almost deserted out there. And no, we aren't all narrow-minded, homophobic fundies with passion for George W.

I think the people he tried to prank actually were decent people, and I was so glad that he got the shit sued out of him.
Bruno is the weakest of his 3 characters, but I still can't wait to see this film.

I'm from Western Kansas, and it does suck. Most of Kansas does suck, other then Lawrence and Manhattan is not too bad. But when people think of Kansas they think of the far right christian wackos that try to run our state (its getting more moderate now thank GOD). I.e. science vs. religion vs. government war.
But its a good choice for Borat because Kansas is pretty easy to make fun of.

The character of Bruno has been around for aaggesss. The Borat movie isn't Cohen's first and only claim to fame as so many Americans believe! Grrr. The character he is actually famous for internationally and in the UK is Ali G. In fact Borat was a sequel of sorts to the 2002 movie 'Ali G Indahouse: The Movie'. Previous to the Ali G movie Cohen had a popular TV program called Da Ali G Show which aired way back in 2000!!! On the show he did mini segments with the characters of Borat and Bruno. But for the last 8 years he has been known as Ali G by most people!
PS: I know it's 'Baron Cohen'. I was referring to Perez's ignorance, it annoys me so.
