Corinne Bailey Rae's Tribute To Her Husband

For the first time since the untimely death of Jason Rae of a suspected drug overdose, Crorinne Bailey Rae ventured outside of her home on Thursday.

The singer laid flowers and heather at a 32ft memorial cross on the moors near her home in Otley, West Yorkshire, U.K.

Our thoughts are with Corinne.

      I feel so bad for her. Losing a spouse is always hard, but to lose someone so young for for such a preventable reason, must be even harder. I feel for her and hope that shes stays strong.

      I had a friend who was into drugs really bad and they were a wonderful person who fell in with the wrong crowd and got carried away.
      Sometimes people fall on hard times or just fall in with the wrong people like my friend did and start to use….They don't deserve to die they deserve a helping hand to bring them back to who they were before.
      Don't judge people so harshly or others will judge you the same way. I did…when I read your post I thought you were a major BITCH.

      God bless Corinne and the family at this very difficult time. Can't say I have ever been a huge fan, but this one is heartbreaking. They had the whole future ahead of them, together…. and then this happens. I really feel sorry for Corinne, and I hope she is given the time to grieve and that she is given space.
