I met her a few years back at the 1st Pirates Premier and she looked great. The only thing she had was collagen on her lips, but it looks like it is gone now.

She was super sweet and chatted with us for a while. Other stars should look to her not only for staying "real" on the outside but on the inside too!

Oh Perez, cut me a break. About five years ago Darryl Hannah had some plastic work and looked like "the actress who used to be Daryl Hannah. She had a major overhaul. She looks so good now because she overhauled the overhaul. Although I do agree it looks like she found a reputable doc who kept her looking like a human being. Don't seem to be too many of them in H'wood these days.
