HI perez! Just wanted to comment: i'm from spain. This song is a joke made by Buenafuente (a late night show, kind of like conan o'brians or jay leno's). The song is supposed to make fun of reggaeton songs "invading" all the spanish hit charts. It is like a parody of "gasolina". Unfortunately for the spanish channel who presents the songs to the eurovision contest, this year they decided to let the viewers vote for the song that should be presented… And that is what happened. I honestly hope they win, the eurovision contest is a bad joke! maybe ours is the "funniest" this year" VIVA EL CHIKI CHIKI! (there is also a shorter version, more "political")

In fact it's not such a bad song as it is a parody of what has happened lately in Spain… and in the last years Spain has had such bad positions in Eurovision, that I think it's worth trying to laugh at ourselves and do a different thing… At least if it ends as badly as the other songs the last years, we have an excuse because it wasn't a serious one :p

Spain did terribly in last year's Eurovision song contest, and they think they will do better with this?! No matter their final score in the contest, they always have a chance to participate (I think they finance part of the contest so…) so I think they actually don't care how they do. Awful, awful song, yet if you speak Spanish, you can't help but laugh. But hey! Europeans might light it.

the song is a joke, spain is actually being sarcastic which i think is great, everyone knows that only the cheesiest bands and most mediocre musicians (abba excepted) are sent to represent the country at eurovision. So they said, if we're gonna be sending someone stupid, lets send this guy. Its making fun of the worst of bands spain has sent before. This is what happens when you let people choose in Spain. Buenafuente late night show did an incredible work (all the 6 channel did), so everybody in Spain have already listened this song. I must tell you that in the final show the jury got furious, but this is what happens when you try to make people vota a good singer or a good group, instead an actor who is everywhere, mobile tone, youtube, tvpub, etc.

This year Eurovision is just a joke. Our "chiki chiki" is gonna fight against an irish turkey. Do you know that?

although the previous version of it was alot better, but they had to change it due to eurovision reguations. it has a lot of political stuff behind it.
at first it said 'rajoy' and 'zapatero' (leaders of the 2 main politic groups in spain), now it just says mariano and jose luis, thier first names. also the part of 'porque no te callas'….

It is a giant piss take, all the European countries (bar a few who granted do take it seriously) put forward completely ridiculous performances! Its a pretty hilarious 4 hours of entertainment! Especially watching the totally 'unbiased' scoring at the end, with neighboring countries giving each other top points!

Back when Prince William was born, the tradition was to post a note announcing the birth on the front gates of Buckingham Palace!

But times have changed, and William and Kate Middleton's child will be announced a bit differently- via Twitter!

According to Now Magazine, the news of the royal baby's birth will be posted immediately to the Clarence House website, which will automatically tweet the story!
