it was a great finale. it brought tears to my eyes to see those young men who were blinded and/or had their legs blown off in Iraq. I'm glad that Piers' charity won and that it got this kind of exposure. all Americans are indebted to these brave men and women for their sacrifices.

Loved the show and the celebs. Was disappointed that Trump and Mark Burnett didn't pony up more $$$ of the show's proceeds to support the charities of the winner and runnerup. Trump posted $250K but a Thurs nite prime time show w/ tons of corporate sponsors & commercials should award $1 million and $750K respectively.

Add my name to the list–only watched it because I knew the Backstreet Boys were on it. Funny as shyte too! The show may have been staged, scripted and edited to make them seem like divas, but anyone who KNOWS them knows that rider was fake! Why? AJ is a recovered alcoholic and Brian is a Biblethumper–ie NO alcohol would have really been requested in their room. And Nick was in the middle of a VERY successful weightloss program at the time the charity event was taped–doubt all that junk food would have been there. THey did what they were suppose to do–they created the drama of a CHALLENGE for Trace-if they hadn't, there would have been NOTHING for Trace to complain about and act all anxious about would there?

To recap - early this morning, we heard the terrifying news that 54-year-old Robert Dewey Hoskins, a man who was convicted of stalking and threatening Madonna, had escaped from a mental hospital in Norwalk, CA.

The LAPD were describing the man as follows:
