    It is not dirty to have a kidey infection. Although sex is one of the many possible causes of uti's which can lead to kidney infections, sex between a clean man and woman who have been married for years is just as likley to cause it as random sex. I agree with most of the things you say but i myself have suffered from this and therefor take it a little personally to be called dirty for being ill.

    a kidney infection is extremely common it starts out as a UTI which is the most common medical problem for women and progresses if it is not medicated promptly and properly.. i was hospitalized for the same reason last year and it's very scary but taken care of with an IV of medicine but it does NOT make her a slut, you can get them for many reasons not just having sex!
