I saw the video and it seemed like the cheers out numbered the boos. It sounded like someone sitting close to the microphone was booing. At least when Bush was running for president he didn't have to make up stories about being shot at by sniper fire when there is actual video to prove that the story wasn't true. I thought that when Clinton died no one died, so how was there any war in Bosnia????? Also, aren't we still there after all these years???

I was there last night. The money that we as tax payers spent for all the security for that asshole to throw a ball was mind blowing! The people who said there was cheering could not have been there. The booing was the loudest that I have ever heard! And I even saw some secret service guys booing and laughing! I will remember that moment forever!

i am from dc and a nationals fan. why do they continuously have the president pitch our first throw? he is a national figure and does not represent dc. lets get the mayor or a resident to throw it. bush isnt even a nationals fan! if i were there, i would have booed him too. there is a lot more to dc than congressmen from other states.

I was at the game last night. Go Nats! He got boos and cheers and most of the cheers were louder than the boos. It's a Baseball game though, people shouldn't be so negative all the time. I'm not a Bush fan just telling you how it was.
