Maniston Wants to Make Her Own Shitty Films!
Jennifer Aniston and her producing partner, Kristin Hahn, have formed their own production company, Echo Films, to develop movies as 'star vehicles' for Maniston.
Their company is 'starting off' with a first look deal at Universal.
Do we really need more direct to video releases?
Echo's emphasis will be on producing grounded, relatable material, say Maniston and Hahn.
"We're drawn to stories about people finding their voice and finding their way because they help us as listeners and viewers do what we feel we're all trying to do, which is making sense of our lives through the stories of others," Aniston said. "That's why we chose the name Echo, to echo back an idea, a challenge, something that resonates through all of us."

She is a good actress with a MAJOR problem- she doesn't use her face when she acts. So her face looks the same in every scene, whether she is supposed to be happy or sad. It is amazing how BORING she is to look at in movies. She is not very pretty and that is good because if she was really good looking, she'd be a nobody because there wouldn't be anything to respond to onscreen. Why she never moves her face is a real enigma. If you took her movies frame by frame without knowing what film it was- she'd have the same expression in every single one and in every single scene. Meryl Streep can act with just her eyes showing. SO maybe producing is a much better idea for her.
Can't help but laugh here… the people who form their own production companies AFTER the celeb has gone to the D-list are obviously trying to make money, and nothin' but.

The reason why she can't get a break is because she's got fans who can't let go of the past for her.
