Raymond Is Back
Sitcom alum Ray Romano is teaming up with one of his writer/producer buddies from Everybody Loves Raymond, Mike Royce, on a new comedy for TNT.
The new comedy is called Men of a Certain Age and will make its debut sometime in 2009.
Men will revolve around three dudes in their 40s, friends since college, who now find themselves going through midlife crises of various sorts. A suit at Turner says the show will highlight "the highs and lows of being a guy in the modern era."
Sounds like a Sex and the City suburban dad style.
Are you going to watch?
Do you care about Ray Romano????

NO
EHH !
Sounds like it could be funny…
NO and NO
Not a big fan of Ray Romano's, but it does sound like a good idea… there aren't too many shows with the lead characters all men in their 40's.
And if they can portray what men ACTUALLY go through at that age, and not "stereo-type" it, then I believe it may be a success.
^.^
FUNNY!
I'm laughing already.
asdfasdf
FOURTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
sounds somewhat interesting…maybe I'll TiVo the pilot.
I DO NOT love Raymond! He is not even a little bit funny. Boooo.
I think it sounds really awesome and funny. I'll definitely check it out.
I LOOOOOVE RAY ROMANO!!!
I LOVE SPEDI YOU GOT THE POLL IDEA FROM SPENCER!!!!!!
BRING CHARMED BACK BICTHES!!!!!!!!
Fuck that tard.
Yes and Yes!
Holy crap, Marie!! I'd watch–I love Ray!!
Love him. Doesn't everybody?
I care about him. I like him, I think he is funny. I will watch
I'm kind of surprised he's picking up women online. It is said he hooked up with a hot woman that he met on "millionai refri ends com".
no, Ray Romano is not funny and I cannot forgive him for working with Patricia Heaton for so long
This one is for the Obama supporters, but even Perez would crack a smile

Yes!! I love "Everybody Loves Raymond" and watch it every night–every show. Love it, Love it, Love it!
hell yeah! love ray…. it would be great to see him back on our screens!
Ray has always been somewhat funny, but the success of his other show wouldnt have been possible w/o patricia heaton and the mother. I just dont forsee his comedy w/o female characters being that funny.
Ramano is a funny guy. Would watch it if he'd have pitched it to a different network, I'm not one for watching TNT however.
I'm not a fan of Ray Ramano show but this show sounds nice. It would be nice for men to have a show. STC is way over rated!!
i think he is pretty funny and with the right cast it can be a good show to watch.. dont hate people!..
oh heck yes im watching that
I'd give it a shot. There hasn't been a good comedy on the networks in ages.
Everyone loves Raymond except for me. God, I hate that guy…
I love Ray Romano. We actually went to one of his shows and it was very funny. We even got to go back stage and met him and even had a couple cocktails with him. He took out his wallet and showed us pictures of his kids and wife. Very nice and down to earth guy!
Just noticed TNT?!
God I cant stand him. I wish he would just die already. So unfunny
Please remove and block 'student' from this blog. The posts are annoying and offensive.
i love everybody loves raymond and sex in the city so if it happens to be a show that is combining the two, and by that i mean funny like everybody loves raymond and then single guys rahter than girls, then i would watch it!
***snoring****
I'd give it a chance.
To be honest? The concept sounds like the most boring TV show in the world :/ I'd rather watch a documentary about bottle-caps. Not that anyone under 40 watches TNT anyway.
It'll be hard for that guy to top a good comedy as "Everybody loves Raymond" was!
As long as Patricia Heaton is not in it, I will watch.
47th
no no no and NO!
Stay home collecting royalty checks from that other lame show…
Yes, I still love Ray and all of his syndicationish!
I always hated that fucking show and everything about it. I hope it bombs and he disappears for good this time!
