   Wow Perez!Thats a really nice realistic Goal.Do it one step at a time.Don't make any unrealistic goals.Loose it slow because that is waaaay healthier!My favorite thing to do was to walk!And not on the treadmill.I hate the treadmill with a passion!It's like you're not going anywhere!I loved walking a nice track in a park.It was so nice and relaxing and stress relieving.It became like an addiction and if I didn't walk.I felt like my day wasn't complete.I got up to walking 4 miles a day.And I entered one of those 5k things.Which is really really good.Because 1.) you can find one thats walk or run depending what you are able to do and feel comfortable with 2.)You're getting healthy by doing this and 3.)It's usually for a noble cause.I know I don't always agree with the shit you sometimes spew ,but it is a wonderful goal you have set.Good Luck P-nast nast!
