   we must boycott stores like wal-mart which out-source jobs and use sweatshop labor for products, use an outdated min. wage to employ those in America, sponsor hateful politicians, hide money in off-shore bank accounts and fail to pay taxes on these accounts, wal-mart also, pollutes the land and creates ugly, unpleasant box stores, then they preach their institutionalized racism and sexism through the majority of charities, which receive wal-mart donations. FUCK WAL-MART…WHO THE HELL WANTS THE KIND OF FUTURE THIS STORE REPRESENTS? Only ignorant, short-sighted, desperate people or rich bureaucrats who exploit poverty would want a store like walmart…and anyone educated KNOWS this.

    Oh, well, I replied to #306, but since it didn't fit in with PH's agenda, it did not get posted…nothing rude or crude…just the facts. Walmart is not the enemy in this case. The woman got hit by a truck who worked for a company, who should be responsible. Lawyers took all, her family screwed her…it would be nice if people could get all the facts, not use the "f-word" everytime they get frustrated, and just maybe, maybe realize that because we DO live in the USA, we have more choices than most of the world. Last, I have more than an 8th grade education, 306, and I am not afraid to learn more, get off your band wagon of hate.

    Wal-mart actually did an exceptional thing. When someone sues a company for damages resulting from an accident, there is a portion of $ for medical. Now, is it fair that the company AND Wal-mart pay for the medical expenses? Isn't that like double-dipping? This woman should have been given a larger judgement from the trucking company so that she would be able to pay Wal-mart back what they paid for her medical expenses and still have money to care for her. Yeah, Wal-mart is doing a great thing, because they certainly aren't the only company with this type of clause in their insurance package.
