As we mentioned earlier today, Heidi Montage is supporting presidential hopeful John McCain.
Then, a few hours later, McCain was asked for his reaction to Heidi's support.
McCain tells Time, "I'm honored to have Heidi's support and I want to assure her that I never miss an episode of 'The Hills,' especially since the new season started."
Riiiiight.
At least he knows he needs to appeal to younger voters.
Somehow, Perez Hilton has a feeling that if we asked Heidi to talk about one of John McCain's platforms, she wouldn't be able to list one.
And if we asked McCain what's the name of Heidi's fiance, he wouldn't know the answer either.

as much as i dont care for her or the show, maybe she does think in real life, remember the show is "fake". Also don't forget, her stepbrother did serve in the military, so she may have a conservative background or views supporting the troops, hence the support of mccain. Maybe if other young Americans, well all americans actually looked into the candidates not just oh that one is a republican or democrat, people will actually understand why people should support certain candidates.

There are actually some young people out there who know a thing or two about politics, and while i'm not so sure she is one of them (i'm not her biggest fan), they do exist and a portion of them may be :gasp: REPUBLICANS.
and on the other hand, there are some people who are voting for a particular person because thats the "cool" thing to do, without knowing anything about their politics… which is absolutely ridiculous. But don't just assume that she doesn't know anything about her candidate's politics because she is a Republican because that is just foolish.
