I am thin, and I guarantee you that if I was someone famous in Hollywood, everyone would be talking the same shit about me that they are about Kate Bosworth, and half the other thin female celebrities out there — that they have eating disorders — which, I will agree, MAY be the case for some people, but definitely not everyone. And these comments talking about how someone is "way too thin" are really hurtful. Saying someone is too thin is just as bad as calling someone a fatass…sometimes people can't help the way they look. I bet if you looked at the family members of some of these girls you would find that they are small too. There is such a thing as just naturally being a SMALL person! so I completely believe the comment that Kate Bosworth made on her post. She is a very thin girl naturally and people with that kind of metabolism when they're in emotional stress they can lose alot of weight. It goes both ways. Not evryone gets fat when they're in stress..there's lots of people who lose weight and actually have to eat constantly not to lose weight. I am one of them. I am not anorexic I don't do drugs but I lose weight if I don't eat alot everyday

I went through the same thing. I was under a great deal of stress & couldn't get above 95 pounds (I'm 5'3"). At one point I was even on a milkshake diet. I had to drink at least 2 a day & used half & half with malt powder for extra calories. That would get me up to 100 pounds. Stress does burn calories, but aging will eventually slow the metabolism down. All she needs to do is stock up on some weed, get the munchies & pig out on Ben & Jerry's ice cream.
I'm glad that's she's ok. I love her as an actress, she's beautiful and yes perez, she's smart

Why can't she just admit she has an eating disorder? It's not something to be ashamed of…it's a disease. By speaking more openly about it others can feel they are not alone and get the help they need.

And then if you do gain a lil weight, people ask, are you going to start going to the gym. There is no such thing as the perfect body. Especially for women. And lots of skinny people do loose weight easily becausue of stress, because a lot of time, stress can make someone sick, and when I get sick I always loose 5 pounds.
