According to reports, Heath Ledger's former lover is pissed that everyone keeps pestering her about the paternity of her kid.
When asked about the lovechild rumors, the unnamed woman (privacy maintained to protect the little girl in the middle of this storm) responded, "I'm not answering anything. I think it's very, very rude that I'm being posed all of this. I really do. I can't talk about anything….You have no proof, there's no background, there's no grounds, there's no nothing."
The alleged love child's mother is just concerned about her daughter's welfare.
"When you are considering an 11-year-old girl who has to go to school and be a part of society, that is my main concern," she said.
It's just crazy to us that it was Heath Ledger's uncle that stirred this pot of drama.
Most of the time it's money hungry peeps that come after a person's estate!
Good job, Uncle Ledger…see the craziness you unleashed?!

I love this woman. Honestly. When else in recent memory has a) she not been named (and please, don't do so), and b) been more concerned about her child's privacy than her own 10 seconds of fame? What a class act. Shame on the uncle, and whether or not it's Heath's kid - keep her out of the spotlight. She's had 11 unglamorous years so far; let her grow up as a kid from now on.

This Uncle is a character. Really stupid guy. I'm sticking with Heath's mum and his father Kim, and his sister Kate. They were close to him. I know Michelle is a good mum to his Matilda, too. As time passes, after Batman, there will probably be more stuff coming out, but about 90% of it will be lies and rumors no one can prove. Poor Heath. He hated attention like this.Tomorrow is his birthday. He would have been 29. I miss him SO much.

It's interesting that the mom really isn't denying the paternity claims. One would think she would just say "Heath Ledger is not my daughter's father." I think it is a real possibility that he is the girl's biological father. I commend the mom for not going after publicity or money. Though one never knows what will happen in the future.

There was something tormented about Heath and it was somehthing that no one could figure out. I think only he knew. I just have to wonder if there isn't some truth to this and maybe this was one of the reasons that he had or was having such a hard time after Matilda was born. See he hadn't been close to a small child before Matilda and if there was any question in his mind wether or not this other child was his?????? That mus have been really hard. The answer that that woman gave was quite peculiar as well. She didn't make a statement like "I can prove that this child is my husbands." She basically said you have no proof that my child is Heaths. Uh…..ok, thats an odd answer. But whatever, this shouldn't have been something his family member dragged out into the public view unless Heath had wanted it that way. All Im sayin' is that I wonder if that was a source of turmoil for him?
