So, this is so not shocking. When I first just heard this on the news I was freaking out, thinking that it was a man who became a woman who was pregnant, but now I find out it's a chick that became a dude, so that is totally not shocking. and I think it's totally lame that these people are acting like it's all some freak of nature. It's so sad how SO many people will be/are opposed to this. These people will be wonderful parents. It takes away a lot of the shock factor once people realize that Thomas still has a female reproductive system, sure. But he knows and is comfortable with who HE is, and his wife loves him. And their child - and in the future, possibly more children - will adore both parents, I'm sure. Let people live their lives already, and respect them for wanting to bring their own child into the world whom they will be able to love completely! There is hardly a human desire more prevalent than wanting to have your own baby.
