Fiddy's Babymomma Is Still Suing Mad

Fifty Cent's babymomma, Saniqua Tomkins, has filed a new lawsuit against the rapper.

She's accusing Fiddy of 'breach of contract and unjust enrichment'. He allegedly broke a promise to give Tompkins and their son Marquise a home.

Isn't she already receiving child support??? Yuppers.

"This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing," said Tompkins' lawyer Paul Catsandonis. "Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he's trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son."

The rapper's lawyer failed to return the source's calls for comment.

Fiddy and Tompkins were in court early this year fighting over child support. He won that battle. Will he prevail this time round?

Hopefully! That lady seems like a greedy biyatch!

      The thing is, he was paying 20k (without court order) plus all housing, schooling and medical bills for his son for YEARS. The 20k was basically fun money for her. This was in addition to his son being with him 50% of the time. She got greedy and decided she needed 20k MORE a month. At that point he said "We'll go to court and let the judge work it out". The JUDGE ruled that she should only receive 6700 a month and in that 6700 should be housing expenses. Meaning she should pay for her own place. She had moved her new boyfriend in, some of his family in, some of her family in and some friends in, 50'S HOUSE. None of them working, all of them living of his son's CHILD SUPPORT money. Good for him kicking her out. The hoodrat deserved no less. His son is going to be alright. She is not his responsibility. Aside for the fact that she should be earning her OWN money, she should be contributing equally to her son's support. Child support, not spousal support. And if she can't make it (and make it WELL at that) on 6700 a month tax free, then she doesn't have enough sense to be raising the child and 50 should recieve primary physical custody (they have joint legal right now with her having primary physical custody and him having secondary physical custody). Shouldn't have looked a gift horse in the mouth and got greedy when you had it so good.
