We love old people (like, really old), but…
They also make us really sad!
Really old people just constantly remind us that they're THATCLOSE to death, and Bob Barker looks it!
The TV legend was at the Academy of Magical Arts awards show in L.A. on Saturday night.
He's 84 years old.
They drop like flies at 84!
We can't help but have morbid thoughts like, "What if this is the last time Bob Barker is seen out in public?"
At least he's getting out of the house, and that's good.
Hope you're healthy, Bob. Stay that way for a while old chum!

I was at a luncheon on Thursday and Bob Barker was there as an honoree. He spoke and is very articulate, very smart man and a national treasure. He has done a lot of great things for animals rights and though he may look a little weathered, he was one of the sharpest 84 year olds I had ever met. I hope he's around for another 10+ years to continue to do his good work. So don't be sad when you see his pictures Perez, he's a great guy and very charming.

Honestly, this is the first post that made me cringe. I know this website is crass and in your face, which is what I love about it. However, such comments about 'someone being close to death and looking it' is not something to joke about. It is not funny post, it is quite rude. We used to have respect for older people in this country. Unfortunately that has been replaced by the self centered, youth oriented culture of today. I was taught to treat others as I would like to be treated, self respect and dignity. It appears that you and many of your generation were not. On another note for the past 40 years our public schools have been taken over by left wingers with their political agenda. They have not been teaching the truth about our constitution and our country. Most people in this country now believe that our constitution requires separation of church and state. That is untrue. The constitution prevents the establishment of a state religion such as the Church of England or the Islamic Republic of Iran. It does not mean we cannot post the Ten Commandments in our courtrooms and schools. I live in a left wing university town and the liberals in this town are the most hateful, intolerant, narrow minded, bigoted human beings that I have ever met. They cannot tolerate anyone disagreeing with their agenda. They are like spoiled 2 year olds and sound very much like you. I hope that someday you find what you are looking for in this world so that you can rid yourself of the intolerance and hatred that you feel for those who disagree. When we no longer can disagree or voice our opinions we will no longer be living in a free society. Day by day I watch our country becoming more like Nazi Germany because of hateful people like you.
