I recently watched Mimi on the season opener of The Hills. She started off trying to sing and sounded HORRIBLE, looking at the backup singers for help all the time. When the song hit the high notes at the end all of a sudden she could sing, interesting? You could totally here the track in the background. She hasnt been able to sing live for MANY years now. And her movement on stage is BORING!! She cant move hoping one of her breasts would fall out. TIRED! But her perfume smells good!

If she would have, then it would have been better than her performance on Saturday Night Live and it wasn't. She sings over herself in the verses, alone in the bridge, over herself in the chorus and the pre-last chorus and all the high notes is hers. You can see she is forcing it out. If you look on the liped from UK, she sounds better and she doesn't have any hard time to hit the notes. THAT'S HOW U TELL IF SHE DOES OR NOT!

Ok. Obviously you people don't realize how the voice works and under certain circumstances you can't use it especially for singing. Mariah has nodules on her vocal cords which explains why she is hoarse more now than ever before. Lipsynching aside, nearly every artists does it at some time. its the hypocrite singers like Mariah Carey who are so clearly doing it that gets my goat. They spout on about singing live and all that then lipsynch. The Lambs are the funniest on here, trying to justify and make up reasons to why she was lipsynching. If it was any other artists they would be laying in to them big time, with no excusses, just full on hatred like lambs to the slaughter.

Besides the lipsynching Mariah really dosen't have remotely any stage pressence whatsoever! I'm not surprised no one wants to see her live. She lacks charisma, energy and well just that…….special x factor magic! I've always said in the past, she is no 'legend' or 'icon' in my opinion, when years have gone by she will not be one of the music stars that will be remembered. Even though Whitney Houston has gone of the rails, she will be, because she's got that special something that Mariah lacks……..charisma and star quality. Mariah's B rate while Whitney is A rate!
