She's lypsynching at times and at other times she's singing. When she sings the fast part she is definitely lipsynching but when it's the slow parts she sometimes is singing!

She's got a backup track for sure. At the beginning, there are 2 layers there–one of her singing high, and one layer where she's singing a couple octives lower. It appears the higher layer is the backup track, and she's singing (which sounds more like whispering) the lower-ranged layer. For the rest, it seems pretty live to me. Get over your hate, Perez. Though she's done it many other times. Everybody does it in Europe. many TV programs doesn't even let you sing live, the are no ready, it's easier just to push play on the CD track. It happenes in many European TV shows.
Here, there a back track in which she sings on a higher register and then she's singing live on a lower register at the same time. You can tell right after the first verse before the chorus how she stops the lower register voice to be able to start singing the first chorus line, which overlaps with the first verse.
Plus, if you listen to the Youtube line and the "I will hunt you down", she stops every line rougher here, so she doesn't lose her breath, etc. On the CD she makes them last a tiny bit longer.
