Everyone is complaining about kids dancing to stuff about sluts and drugs, but Perez didn't provide you guys with any context. The song is from a musical within the show that is like a bizarre, live version of an after-school special… and it's absolutely hysterical. Don't judge until you've seen the show or read a little bit about it to know what it is about (since it hasn't aired in the US yet). It was one of the biggest shows of 2007 in Oz (though that isn't necessarily a ringing endorsement as TV tends to be rather underwhelming here).

and just so you know, the song was written in a musical in the show as a tribute to a girl who died (in the show) of a drug overdose, and it was the way that the teacher, mr G, paid tribute to her.

PS There are laws in place in Australia that prohibit the airing music videos with overtly explicit content during children's hours on free-to-air TV.
