The Verdict's In: Paparazzi and Driver To Blame for Princess Di's Death!

It's been officially confirmed.
Jurors in the inquest into the deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed decided Monday that they were "unlawfully killed" by the reckless driving of their chauffeur AND the paparazzi who chased them.
The purpose of the inquest was to determine who died, when, where and how.
Some of the disturbing evidence presented included eyewitness testimony of photographers climbing on to the car in which Diana and Dodi were dying to take photos instead of helping the couple and blood test results that revealed the chauffeur was three times over the French blood alcohol limit.
The six-month hearing into Diana and Dodi's deaths was clouded by conspiracy theories, colourful witnesses and evidence blemished by lies, according to reports.
Monday's decision also firmly puts to an end the many conspiracy theories put forward by Dodi's father, Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed (i.e. that Prince Phillip had them killed so Di couldn't marry Muslim Dodi).

I don't see why they would even want her dead though. She did masses of charity work and might have embarrassed the royal family but Charles was the one at fault for the break up of their marriage. I'm also sure that being suspected murderers is more embarrassing than Diana marrying Dodi.

The question that people should be asking is how many celbs are the paparazzi going to be aloud to persue and possibly cause injury or death to before an end is put to the length they can go for a picture?????? I don't believe that most celebs welcome the paps like you say. I think a lot of them go way too far in their zest for pictures. Yeah some celebs are out there looking for the attention but for the most part I'm sure that most of the celebs feel like their under a miscroscope..and a lot of the time the paps are all up into the celebs personal space. I don't think that pap laws would infringe on the average citizen seeking an autograph, etc. For the most part it would deter unwanted pictures and that mob affect that is seen in a lot of the pap videos. A lot of the videos I've seen are of the celebs actually getting pissed off at the paps.

It was a drunken AND drugged driver that killed her… it had NOTHING to do with the paparazzi. The driver, if being chased, should have STOPPED the car, so not to be in danger… he didn't, and no doubt DIANA was in the back seat yelling, "SPEED UP, SPEED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" She deserved to die. Don't blame the paparazzi, who can do NO WRONG.
