Eminem's Momma Is Gettin Sued - And Not By Eminem!

This should give sonny boy material for a new song!

Debbie Nelson, estranged mom of rapper Eminem, is being sued by some guy that says he's her ex agent.

He supposedly helped Em's mama put together that 'tell all' book and is suing mad because after all the work he did on her behalf, she cut him out of the deal!

The ex-agent claims that he "came up with the idea of Nelson writing a book about being the mother of Eminem." He also asserts that he's entitled to 25% of her earnings in the suit.

Em is probably a little happy that his mom is on the receiving end of a suit. Remember that time when Em's mom sued him?!

Karma's a bitch!

Nelson's Eminem tell-all hit the shelves in the UK November 2007 and has sold 100,000 copies.

It will be available in US stores this week.

This smells of a publicity stunt!!!!!

      Another example of someone down the line with their hand out. I have a plecostamos (algae eater) in my aquarium who basically does the same thing; lives off the work of others. He'll have to prove part ownership, and as it's HER book, that may be hard to do. Unless you've copyrighted it somehow, ideas are free. On the other hand, if he got it on paper and she signed agreeing to give him 25%, then it's a different story. Somehow I doubt that.
