    Perez, I just wanted to say that seeing you do this "healthier lifestyle" has motivated me as well. I have stopped smoking (3 weeks now!!!) I am also going to start eating healthier as well. In addition to these things, my daughters school is about 4 blocks from my house so I have started, today, walking to take her and pick her up from school. It really makes me happy to see you doing this and keep up the good work!!!!

    So you'll probably never read this, but here it goes.
    I totally struggle with my weight, I have about 50 punds to loose, but I carry it pretty well, considering its 50 extra pounds. I don't know why, but your video really inspired me to try and loose weight. I have a rheumatoid condition that is exacerbated by my current weight, so I am trying to match your goal and jog around my neighborhood by Fourth of July in ass crease revealing shorts and a bikini top. (I think it would be "literally" criminal to let the ta-tas flop about un-covered). Go Perez!!!
